1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Relist AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Relist AI is an AI-powered photo editing platform for real estate professionals. The Service allows users to upload property photos and apply AI-generated edits, enhancements, and animations.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Payments and Credits
Certain features require a paid subscription or the use of credits. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing period unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Relist AI a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent security measures, or access other users' data.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated edits will meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relist AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
