  • Content you upload: property photos and project data you submit to the Service.
  • Billing information: payment details processed and stored by Stripe. We never store your card details directly.
  • Usage data: log data, feature usage, and error reports to help us improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database and object storage). We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your project data is restricted to your account only.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Relist AI:

  • Supabase — database and file storage
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google AI / OpenAI — AI image processing
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and uploaded files for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data
